Delete Account Information

We respect your autonomy over your personal data. Below is how to request account deletion and how your data is handled.

If you are logged in, you can also delete your account directly from the Account Settings page.

Via the App

  1. 1Open the Bagelish App (iOS or Android)
  2. 2Go to the "Profile" tab
  3. 3Tap "Account Settings"
  4. 4Tap "Delete Account"
  5. 5Read the notice and confirm deletion

Via Email Request

If you are unable to use the App, you may send an email to support@bagelish.net (Subject: Account Deletion Request). Please provide your account email address and we will process your request within 7 business days.

Data Retention Information

  • After account deletion, personally identifiable data (name, profile photo, email) will be deleted within 30 days.
  • As required by law, some transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years.
  • Public reviews you posted on the platform will be retained anonymously after account deletion.
  • Account deletion is irreversible. All token balances will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
